Our Finder Service lets you request items and we’ll do the work of sourcing it in the USA, confirming availability, and shipping it to the UK in our next shipment batch.

✅ How The Finder Service Works

Step 1 — Submit a Request

Fill out the Finder Service form with:

  • Product name + details (brand, scent/flavor, size, link if possible)
  • Quantity requested
  • Your UK postcode (helps us estimate shipping costs accurately)

Step 2 — We Confirm Availability + Price

We’ll review your request and confirm:

  • If the item is available in the USA
  • Your total price
  • Estimated shipment date window

Step 3 — Invoice Payment

If you approve the quote, we’ll send you an invoice to complete payment.

Once paid, your item is officially locked in and will be packed into our next outgoing shipment.

Step 4 — Your Item Ships With The Next Batch

We ship products in bulk batches to keep costs lower and deliveries smoother.

Right now we ship monthly (we’ll scale to bi-weekly as traffic grows).

To keep things efficient, Finder Service orders ship with the next available shipment batch.

  • UK delivery after shipment dispatch: typically 5–12 business days

Finder Service pricing is based on:

  • Product cost in the USA
  • Shipping buffer + packaging
  • International shipment costs
  • Processing & handling

You’ll receive a clear total price before you pay, so there are no surprises.

⚠️ Finder Service Policy (Non-Refundable)

Because Finder Service orders are custom-sourced specifically for you, all Finder Service invoice payments are non-refundable once paid.

  • Buyer changing their mind
  • Wrong scent/flavor/size selected by customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Availability changing after sourcing begins

If we are unable to source your requested item, you will not be charged (or your payment will be refunded if no purchase was made).

🚫 What We Cannot Source

We do not source:

  • Items with import restrictions into the UK
